Iraqi Deputy PM Says no Need for New UN Resolution

Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tareq Aziz said Wednesday in Ankara there was no need for a new U.N. resolution on weapons inspection in Iraq.

Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tareq Aziz said Wednesday in Ankara there was no need for a new U.N. resolution on weapons inspection in Iraq.

"Iraq doesn't feel there's a need for a new resolution," Aziz said in the news conference in Ankara when he was asked whether Iraq would comply with any new resolution that would be adopted bythe Security Council.

Aziz also said that Iraq would not attack any nations in the region if the United States launches an attack against Baghdad.
