Chinese Swimmer Breaks Women's 100m Breaststroke Asian Record

Luo Xuanjuan of China won the gold medal of the women's 100m breaststroke and broke her own Asian record at the 14th Asian Games Tuesday in Busan.

Luo Xuanjuan of China won the gold medal of the women's 100m breaststroke and broke her own Asian record at the 14th Asian Games Tuesday in Busan.

Luo Xuanjuan clocked 1:06.84 to better her own Asian record of 1:06.96. Qi Hui, who won the 200m individual medley gold medal earlier on Tuesday, finished second at 1:08.35. Fumiko Kawanabe of Japan took the bronze medal at 1:10.11.
