Israeli Troops Occupy Two Buildings of Arafat's HQ

Israelis soldiers including snipers occupied on Tuesday two Palestinian owned buildings close to Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's headquarters, or al Muqataa compound, in the West Bank city of Ramallah, local residents said.
They said that the soldiers took posts on the roof of the eight-story Palestinian Ministry of Culture building, which is about 400 meters far from Arafat's headquarters.
The Israeli army action came only two days after it ended its ten-day siege of the headquarters following a suicide bombing in Tel Aviv that killed at least six people.
The Israeli security forces said that about 20 Palestinians they want to be handed over for alleged armed activities left the compound when Israel ended its siege on Sunday.
The forces would still seek to arrest those wanted men who were still harbored alongside Arafat, they added.
Meanwhile, Saraya Al Quds, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad (HolyWar) organization on Tuesday claimed responsibility for killing an Israeli soldier and wounding another in an armed attack in the West Bank city of Nablus, Palestinians said.
On Monday, two Palestinian boys were also killed and over 30 others injured during a daylong of clashes between Palestinians and Israeli soldiers in the town of Nablus that has been under the Israeli army curfew for more than three months.
