Premier Zhu Hosts Ceremony to Welcome Russian PM

Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji hosted a ceremony to welcome Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mikhailovich Kasyanov Wednesday afternoon in Shanghai.

Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji hosted a ceremony to welcome Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mikhailovich Kasyanov Wednesday afternoon in Shanghai.

A military band played the national anthems of Russia and China. Zhu accompanied Kasyanov as he inspected the Honor Guard of the People's Liberation Army.

Kasyanov is here as a guest of Zhu for the seventh Regular Meeting of the two countries' prime ministers, scheduled for Thursday.
