Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat on Tuesday lashed out at the order of deportation of three relatives of suicide bombers, saying no one can keep silent on the "crime."

Speaking to reporters at his besieged headquarters in the West Bank town of Ramallah, Arafat said that deporting the three Palestinians from the West Bank to the Gaza Strip is against the international law of human rights.

Asked if the Palestinians would react to the Israeli decision onthe deportation, Arafat said "there is no doubt," without saying what kind of reaction the Palestinians would carry out.

However, the Israeli High Court issued a temporary order earlierin the day to freeze the expulsion of the three would-be-deported Palestinians and gave the Israeli army 15 days to justify its action, said Israel Radio.

On Monday, an Israeli military court delivered the deportation ruling and rejected the appeals of the three Palestinians.

The three potential deportees are Kifah Ajouri, Intisar Ajouri and Azzam Atzida. Kifah and Intisar are the brother and sister of Ali Ajouri, a senior member of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's Fatah movement who was killed by the Israeli troops about two weeksago.

Ajouri is believed to be responsible for the fatal suicide bombing in Tel Aviv in July, in which five people were killed.

Kifah told police interrogators that he knew his brother was making bombs, but he supplied him with food and bedding at his safehouse and even stood watch for him, Israel Radio said.
