528 Travel Agencies Approved to Conduct Overseas Business

The China National Tourism Administration approved Thursday 528 travel agencies for organizing Chinese citizens for overseas tours, at the same time canceling the travel agency approved in 1997.

The China National Tourism Administration approved Thursday 528 travel agencies for organizing Chinese citizens for overseas tours, at the same time canceling the travel agency approved in 1997. Among the 528 agencies published, Beijing's agencies increased from 10 to 41, and the name list would be published soon.

As reported, these approved agencies are all of good performance record without serious irregular operations and service problems. Besides, all of them have submitted an earnest money of 1 million yuan for service quality.

Among the 528 agencies 41 are from Beijing, 32 Shanghai and 99 Guangdong.
