Chinese FM to Attend ASEAN Meetings in Brunei

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan said Wednesday that Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will attend ASEAN meetings in Bandar Seri Begawan of Brunei from July 30 to August 1.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan said Wednesday that Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will attend ASEAN meetings in Bandar Seri Begawan of Brunei from July 30 to August 1.

At the invitation of Mohamad Bolkiah, minister of Foreign Affairs of Brunei Darussalam and current chairman of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Tang will attend the ASEAN and China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (10+3) foreign ministers' meeting, the Ninth ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Ministerial Meeting, the ASEAN Post Ministerial Conference with dialogue countries and the ASEAN and China (10+1) Ministerial Conference.
