DPRK Postpones Int'l IT Forum Indefinitely

DPRK has recently notified South Korean information and technology (IT) firms that it is delaying the Pyongyang International High-Tech Forum and Expo that was originally slated for June 28-29 at the People's Cultural Palace in the North's capital, a business source in Seoul said Tuesday.

DPRK has recently notified South Korean information and technology (IT) firms that it is delaying the Pyongyang International High-Tech Forum and Expo that was originally slated for June 28-29 at the People's Cultural Palace in the North's capital, a business source in Seoul said Tuesday.

The Pan-Pacific Economic Development Association of Korean Nationals faxed messages to the companies to that effect Friday, the source said.
