Central Authorities Concerned with Flood Fighting in NW China |
The southern part of northwest China's Shannxi Province was hit by pouring rains from June 8 to 10, which caused serious mountain torrents and mud-rock flows. Leaders of the central committee of CPC and the State Council are very concerned with the flood and have instructed related departments to go all out for disaster relief.
