PRINT DISCUSSION CHINESE SEND TO FRIEND

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao on Thursday voiced opposition to and condemnation of the suicide bombing which occurred in north Israel Wednesday.

China hopes Israel will keep restrained and not to take any extremist actions, Liu said in response to a question at a regular press conference in Beijing.

China once again calls on both Israel and Palestine immediately to stop all violences against each other and to resume peace talks, in active coordination with mediatory efforts by the international community, so as to seek the political settlement of disputes through negotiations, the spokesman added.
