Jiang's Speech Resounds Through CPC Departments, Mass Organizations
Chinese President Jiang Zemin's May 31 speech at the Party School of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has had repercussions throughout departments and institutions under the CPC Central Committee and mass organizations.

Various conferences and workshops have been held in the last two days to discuss Jiang's speech delivered to a group of regional and ministerial officials at the party school.
In the speech, Jiang further elaborated on his "three represents" theory.
During the discussions, it was widely agreed that Jiang's theory represented a further development of the Marxist theory.
It was also agreed that all party members shall take Jiang's speech as the guide for their actions, and that they should faithfully implement the requirements of the "three represents" theory and rally around the party leadership headed by Jiang.
"Three Represent's" Theory
"Three Represent's" theory refers to that the CPC represents the requirement to develop advanced productive forces, an orientation towards advanced culture, and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people in China.
It was put forward by Jiang Zemin, Chinese president, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
