Russian Air Force 'Swifts' to Perform 'Air Ballet' in China

The fourth China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China 2002) will be held in China's Zhuhai from November 4 to 10. By then, Russian Air Force Swift Magic Aerobatic Team will perform in the city for the first time.

The fourth China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China 2002) will be held in China's Zhuhai from November 4 to 10. By then, Russian Air Force Swift Magic Aerobatic Team will perform in the city for the first time.

Different from other world top-notch air show performers, Russian aerial wizards formed by five real MIG-29 fighters will perform a spectacular "Air Ballet" in the air of Zhuhai.

So far, Boeing, Airbus and other famous aviation factories have decided to attend the exhibition.

Seeing the great market potential of the previous exhibitions held in China, Airbus, European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company (EDAS) has booked floor space covering 900 square meters. Sukhoi and Rosvoorouzhenie have booked 200 and 350 square meters respectively for exhibition.

In addition, Britain, France, Austria, Singapore, Italy and other European countries have also shown interest in staging national pavilions.

By then, US, Canada, Brazil's feeder airbus and business jets manufacturers will bring their latest products to the exhibition. Boeing, Airbus will promote newest research results to the exhibition. Ukraine expects to display its world largest freighter AN-225 at the exhibition.
