CPPCC Chairman Leaves for Four-Nation Visit

Li Ruihuan, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) left Beijing Thursday to start an official good-will visit to Bulgaria, Slovenia, Ukraine and Britain.

Li Ruihuan, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) left Beijing Thursday to start an official good-will visit to Bulgaria, Slovenia, Ukraine and Britain.

Chinese Vice-Premier Qian Qichen, Vice-Chairman Ye Xuanping of the CPPCC National Committee and other senior officials and envoys from the four countries saw Li and his entourage off at the Great Hall of the People.
