URGENT: Arafat Makes First Tour Outside Ramallah

Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat made his first tour outside the West Bank city of Ramallah Monday ever since Israeli army laid siege to his compound early last December, Palestinian sources disclosed.

He is on an inspection trip on a Jordanian helicopter to another two West Bank towns of Bethlehem and Jenin.
