Carolina goalkeeper Kristin Luckenbill was also named Co-Playerof the Month as she led the league with 19 saves and helped the Courage to an undefeated start of 2-0-0.

Despite having played in one fewer game than most other goalkeepers in the league, Luckenbill has the most saves and highest save percentage of 90.5 percent in the WUSA.

She even tied the WUSA record for saves in a match with 12 while facing a WUSA season-high 15 shots on goals versus the CyberRays on April 27.
