Gusmao Wins E.Timor's Presidential Election |
 Jose Alexandre "Xanana" Gusmao won the prespidential election in East Timor with 86.3 percent of votes, beating his rival Francisco Xavier do Amaral, according to preliminary results reaching Jakarta Tuesday.
