Besieged Palestinian Militants Made SOS Appeal
Dozens of besieged Palestinian militants in the northern West Bank refugee camp of Jenin made their last appeal of SOS Wednesday night as the Israeli army rejected their request of surrender.

One of the militants recognized himself as Abu Sami called upon the United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan and other world organizations to interfere as soon as possible before Israeli troops kill them alive.
Abu Sami said that Israeli bulldozers are demolishing houses andburying under rubble the bodies of Palestinian militants who where killed over the last ten days when the offensive against Jenin started.
Medical Palestinian sources in the town of Jenin, which is stillunder tight Israeli army curfew, said that two Palestinians were killed Wednesday night as Israeli Apache helicopters fired several missiles at one of the house in the town. The house was destroyed, said the sources.
A senior Palestinian negotiator said that Israeli troops killed Wednesday eight Palestinians in the refugee camp of Jenin after they surrendered, adding that there are another 50 Palestinian militants in the camp, whose life is still in danger.
He said that the Palestinians are contacting the International Committee of the Red Cross in an attempt to rescue the life of the 50 militants.
In a separate development, another two Palestinian militants were killed by Israeli troops' gunfire in central Gaza Strip duringa gunbattle between them and the Israeli soldiers near the Kissofimroadblock of the Israeli army.
One Palestinian militant was also killed by Israeli sniper gunfire in the center of the West Bank town of Ramallah, said the medical sources.
