Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon vowed Monday morning to continue the current military operations against "Palestinian terror infrastructures" before the goal of the operations is fulfilled.

Addressing a special meeting of the Knesset (parliament), Sharonsaid that "the goal (of the military operations) has not been completed," and Israeli troops will not withdraw from the Palestinian towns re-occupied in the recent operations.

Meanwhile, Sharon held Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat responsible for all the Palestinian attacks against Israel in the Palestinian territories, labelling the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) as a "bureaucracy of terrorism."

The prime minister argued that the military operation "is not a war against the Palestinian civilians," but to stop violence and dismantle "terror networks" built by Arafat.

As to the Arab Peace Plan hammered out at the 14th Arab League Summit last month, Sharon said he wants to discuss with Arab leaders the details of the plan.

"I'm prepared to go anywhere to meet moderate Arab leaders for talks over peace," he said.

Also at the Knesset meeting, Sharon announced the appointments of David Levy of the Gesher Party, Effi Eitam and Yitzhak Levy of the National Religious Party, as new Ministers without Portfolios.
