8 Killed in Traffic Accident in Southwest China

Eight people died and six were injured when a bus rolled into a 200-meter-deep ravine in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Monday.

Eight people died and six were injured when a bus rolled into a 200-meter-deep ravine in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Monday.

The 20 passengers of the car were on their way to Wushan County in the municipality.

Local police and government officials arrived at the spot almost immediately. The investigation into the cause of the accident is still underway.
