The Cuban government reiterated denunciations against the United States for the steps it has taken to condemn the Caribbean island at the coming session of the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC).
Cuban Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque was quoted as saying on Saturday that Washington "is father to the anti-Cuban creature that will be presented at the UNHRC session" set to open next Monday in Geneva.
The foreign minister said the disposition to have the Czech Republic present a motion of condemnation against the island country is nothing but "a US instrument that will be presented for the fourth time now."
Washington had desperately tried to have the resolution against Cuba to be presented by Latin American countries, but has not received any positive response.
