2. The impact of China's WTO entry on its politics, economy and the life of its people;

3. Increasing farmers' income and reducing their burden;

4. Promoting administration according to law and guaranteeing judicial justice;

5. Vigorously expanding employment channels, establishing and perfecting a social security system;

6. Strengthening a comprehensive improvement of public order, maintaining social stability;

7. Expediting rural and urban medical system reform;

8. Ensuring the sustained, rapid and sound development of the national economy;

9. Intensifying safety production, preventing the occurrence of major, exceptionally serious accidents, and;

10. Strengthening ecological construction and environmental protection, realizing sustainable development.
