CCPPRC Holds 'Love China' Evening Party in Cambodia
The Cambodian Council for Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China (CCPPRC) held a large-scale evening party entitled "Love China" here on Saturday night at the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia.

In his speech on the occasion, Chinese Ambassador Ning Fukui said that the evening party was organized to celebrate the Chinese traditional Lunar New Year and stimulate the love for China of the overseas Chinese as well as to promote the early realization of peaceful reunification of China.
He pointed out that "the establishment of CCPPRC conforms to the aspiration of broad Cambodian-Chinese and Chinese in Cambodia and complies with the historical trend, and has won the support of the Royal Government of Cambodia."
Oukgnar Duong Chhive, president of the CCPPRC, said that "the peaceful reunification of both sides of the Taiwan Strait accords with the feelings of the people and enjoys the popular confidence.
He stressed that "upholding the principle of One China and that of peaceful reunification of China has become the mainstream of international community. Overseas Chinese all over the world
support the peaceful reunification of China and opposition to division of China.
Literary and art enthusiasts from the Association of Chinese in Cambodia, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Hong Kong and Macao, and 6 Chinese schools in Phnom Penh gave
performances, expressing their love for China and their wishes for realization of peaceful reunification of China as soon as possible.
Over 600 people from the above-mentioned organizations and the Chinese embassy attended the party which lasted for more than two hours.
