14 People Killed in Two Bus Collisions in South China

Fourteen people died Mondayafternoon in two separate bus collisions in south China's Guangdong Province.

Fourteen people died Mondayafternoon in two separate bus collisions in south China's Guangdong Province.

Six people died in the first accident when a tourist bus collided with two cars on Highway No. 325 which runs through the province.

Forty minutes later at 16:40, a mini-bus carrying 11 people collided with a passenger bus at the Dongyuan County section of Highway No. 205. Eight people were killed instantly, and the remaining three seriously injured.

The local government carried out emergency rescue work and the injured were admitted to hospital.
