Abducted U.S. Journalist in Karachi: Pak Minister
The abducted U.S. Journalist, Daniel Pearl, is believed in Karachi and the alleged prime suspectin the kidnapping case Omar Shaikh will be traced very soon.

This optimism was expressed by Pakistani Interior Minister Moin-Uddin Haider in Karachi on Sunday, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan.
Talking to newsmen, Moin said Omar Shaikh was hiding some wherein Punjab.
He said the investigators believed that Wall Street Journal's reporter Daniel Pearl was in Karachi. "It is, however, difficult to say how much time will it take to recover Daniel Pearl," the minister added.
He said that Pearl had taken a great risk to meet the people ofdubious character.
About reports of negotiations with the alleged kidnappers, Moinsaid all the e-mails and a ransom demand of two million dollars were fake.
Danial Pearl was kidnapped in Karachi on January 23. Since thenthe Pakistani police have made big efforts trying to trace and save him.
