The win gave Dallas a team record-tying seventh consecutive road win and ended the Nets' eight-game home winning streak.
Dirk Nowitzki had 22 points, Tim Hardaway scored 11, and Steve Nash added 18 points and 12 assists for Dallas, while Kenyon Martin had 26 points, Keith Van Horn added 21, and Jason Kidd had 14 points and 12 assists for the Nets.
In Boston, Peja Stojakovic scored 24 points and Vlade Divac had his seventh career triple-double to lead Sacramento past Boston 102-85.
Divac had 15 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists for the Kings, who entered the All-Star break with an NBA-best record of 37-11.
Antoine Walker scored 26 points for the Celtics, who lost for the fourth time in six games and closed out their first half with a record of 28-21.
In Cleveland, Andre Miller scored 31 points, and Lamond Murray scored the go-ahead basket with 21 seconds remaining and blocked a shot in the last 9 seconds as Cleveland snapped a three-game losing streak with a 111-109 win over Houston.
Miller finished with 13 assists, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored all 12 of his points in the fourth quarter for the Cavaliers.
Cuttino Mobley scored 29 points, and Francis added 25 for Houston.
In Minneapolis, Wally Szczerbiak snapped out of his scoring slump with 30 points, six rebounds and five assists as Minnesota beat Portland 113-103 for its third win in nine games.
Szczerbiak shot 11-for-16 from the floor and 5-for-5 from the foul line.
Joe Smith had 21 points, while Gary Trent added 14 in a reserve role for Minnesota, which was coming off a 30-point loss to San Antonio on Monday.
Bonzi Wells scored a career-high 35 points for Portland, which lost for the fifth time in 17 games.
In Seattle, Brent Barry scored 21 points, and Vin Baker added 17 points and nine rebounds as Seattle snapped a three-game home losing streak with a 90-79 victory over Phoenix.
Gary Payton added 11 points for the Sonics, who ended a four- game losing streak against the Suns.
Shawn Marion led the Suns with 19 points. Jake Tsakalidis had his first career double-double with 16 rebounds and 10 points, and Stephon Marbury added 16 points and 12 assists for Phoenix.
In Los Angeles, Marcus Fizer scored 15 of his 21 points in the second half as Chicago beat two-time defending NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers for the second time this season. This game ended 97- 89.
Shaquille O'Neal sat out the Lakers' final game before the All- Star break to rest his aching feet, and was greatly missed.
Kobe Bryant scored 38 points and Slava Medvedenko added 11 for the Lakers. Samaki Walker had eight points and 14 rebounds.
The Bulls (11-36) have the NBA's worst record, but beat the Lakers twice in as many games this season - the only team they've beaten more than once this season. Their 3-22 road record is also the league's worst.
