Be Vigilant Against Crimes Committed Under Cloak of Legality: Commentary

The couple of Zhang Yinan and Qin Li with the Tianhui Aquaculture Company in Rongchang County, Chongqing Municipality, taking advantage of their capacity as proprietors of the private firm, exercised spiritual and economic control over the company's workers and staff members, lured and forced them (including innocent girls) to participate in activities disrupting normal social order, with extremely serious consequences.

Spiritual control is an old trick used by "Falun Gong" underground organizations. After the "Falun Gong" cult was clearly outlawed by the government, Zhang Yinan and his wife not only carried out illegal activities themselves, but also secretly organized local "Falun Gong" addicts to come to their firm to exchange personal experiences gained in their practice; they not only demanded that employees already being "Falun Gong" practitioners continue practicing in resistance to government prohibition, but also asked crazy "Falun Gong" followers to "read" "turning Falun (Dharma wheel)" to illiterate employees, to inveigle those uninterested in "Falun Gong" into practicing and participating in illegal activities. Zhang Yinan and his wife were dead set on turning the aquaculture company into a local lair of the "Falung Gong" cult.

Controlling the "Falun Gong" practitioners by economic means is a new trend of "Falun Gong" underground organizations. The Tianhui Aqaculture Company is located in a suburban county of Chongqing City, the personnel from rural areas came here in order to find a job for a living. However, the Zhang-Qin couple, after the government banned the "Falun Gong" cult, deliberately recruited those "Falun Gong" practitioners who were not yet awoke, forced the employees to engage in "cultivation" in the name of retaining their jobs, threatening that those who refuse to practice "Falun Gong" shall leave the company. Zheng Qinghai, a worker with a relatively high technical level, was expelled for not practicing "Falun Gong". The couple also instigated the employees to secretly distribute leaflets on "Falun Gong". In this heretic organization, those who practiced "Falun Gong" could get higher wages, there was a wide income gap between those who did not practice and those who practiced. In order to rigidly control those employees who had been "Falun Gong" practitioners, Zhang and his wife deducted or withheld their wages in the excuse of "buying shares", conversely, they asked these employees "to be tolerant". The matter fully proves how brutal and malicious are the means used by the "Falun Gong" cult.

Having seen through the doings of the Zhang and Qin couple, it is not hard for us to understand why they used the money they had amassed to aid the "Falun Gong" cult in carrying out illegal activities; nor is it difficult to understand why they spent money on buying computers, duplicators, trucks and other equipment for unlawful and criminal activities under the circumstance of having no money to buy fodder. Under "Falun Gong" diehards' control, the Tianhui Aquaculture Company had not only become a den of the "Falun Gong" cult, but it had also been poorly managed to the extent that its assets could not cover its debts. Facts have once again told people that the "Falun Gong" cult is a social "malignant tumor" that must be resolutely cut off.
