Two 16-year-old students at Martin Luther King Junior High School in New York City were shot in the back in a school shooting, CNN reported.

Two 16-year-old students at Martin Luther King Junior High School in New York City were shot in the back in a school shooting, CNN reported.

The report said the shooting took place around 2:00 p.m. EST ( 1900 GMT) and the two injured were treated at a nearby hospital. Police have surrounded the building where the shooting occurred and were looking for the shooter.
