Premier Zhu Left for Bangladesh, India

Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji left Beijing Friday for an official visit to the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the Republic of India at the invitation of Bangladeshi Prime Minister Khaleda Zia and Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji left Beijing Friday for an official visit to the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the Republic of India at the invitation of Bangladeshi Prime Minister Khaleda Zia and Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Vice-Premier Qian Qichen saw Premier Zhu off at the Great Hall of the People. Among Zhu's entourage are his wife Lao An, Minister of Labor and Social Security Zhang Zuoji and Foreign Trade Minister Shi Guangsheng.
