Sources of MOE said that the main reason for overseas students coming to China for study is that China is politically stable and economic perspective is optimistic.

As China has already joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), the ministry will also adjust its policies for attracting overseas students, such as for China to allow them doing odd jobs while studying in China.
