Seoul Prepares for Influx of Chinese Fans for World Cup
The Seoul Municipality Thursday made a series of measures to meet an expected influx of Chinese tourists during World Cup soccer finals, which are to open in Junenext year.

The city has already secured 38,000 hotel, "world-inn," and home-stay rooms for an estimated 60,000 Chinese tourists during the World Cup.
Meanwhile, the municipality has decided to designate 10,000 more motel rooms as world-inns in preparation for more Chinese tourists.
Some 900 Chinese-speaking tour guides will send to help Chinesetourists at tourist sites and world-inns during the finals while Chinese interpreter-phones will be installed at every world-inn.
In addition, the South Korean capital city will increase Chinese language road signs and print portable Chinese-language Seoul subway line maps and will also provide low-interest loans toChinese restaurants near tourist sites for renovations.
