The Municipal Meteorological Bureau's forecast said that there are larger snowfalls ahead.

Tuesday's Beijing Morning Post reported that public transportation companies, traffic control stations, hospitals and urban management departments are ready to give all their efforts. Tire chains, heel stays and antifreeze have been prepared for emergency rescue workers.

Beijing will guarantee the normal operation of the Capital Airport. Some taxi companies have persuaded their drivers not to refuse taking passengers. The Capital Automobile Group Co. asked 500 taxies to serve passengers to and from the Capital Airport.
