Microsoft has launched a cooperation program with the Qilu Software Park, one of China's 10 software bases, to train high-level software talents.
The program will help the eastern province of Shandong, where the Qilu Software Park is located, to train more qualified senior software research and development personnel, according to a provincial official in information industry.
The second- and third-phase training classed will be offered in the summer of 2002, sources said.
Microsoft will train 2000 high-level software talents for China and the plan is well underway.
