State Council Holds Executive Meeting |

Premier Zhu Rongji presided over an executive meeting of the State Council recently, which passed, in principle, five draft regulations on administration of technology import and export, administration of cargo import and export, anti-dumping, anti-subsidies and guarantee measures.
