China Holds Arms Control Talks with US, Japan
China and the United States will hold consultations at the vice-ministerial level on the issues of arms control and non-proliferation in Washington on November 30.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue told a regularpress conference Tuesday that Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya will head a delegation to attend the talks.
China is expected to have in-depth exchange of views with the US on the anti-missile issue and other matters, she added.
Zhang said that China and Japan held the director-level arms control consultations in Beijing this morning, and the two sides conferred on the international security situation and arms control,nuclear disarmament, non-proliferation, prevention of biological and chemical weapons, and issues related to the Conference on Disarmament.
She said that the China-Japan consultations are regular ones.
