Ousted Former Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani arrived in the Afghan capital of Kabul on Saturday for the first time since the Taliban militia drove him from power 5 years ago, reports reaching here said.

Ousted Former Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani arrived in the Afghan capital of Kabul on Saturday for the first time since the Taliban militia drove him from power 5 years ago, reports reaching here said.
Kabul fell to the Northern Alliance forces on November 13 after the Taliban troops withdrew from the city.
So far, it remains unclear whether Rabbani's return to Kabul is permanent.
