BEIJING, March 8 (Xinhua) -- The third session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC), China's national legislature, held its second plenary meeting Saturday to deliberate work reports of the Standing Committee of the 14th NPC, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP).
