On Dec. 20, citizens look at the French soldiers lying down on the ground in Bangui, capital of Central African Republic. The country has been in unrest for ages. Recently, along with the escalation of conflicts between former “Seleka” militants and local self-defense armed groups, the country is suffering from a serious humanitarian crisis. The UN Security Council has passed a resolution, authorizing the international supporting group led by African Union and French army to protect the civilians and keep peace in Central Africa.
