Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs (Feb.24, 1955 – Oct.5, 2011) is an American entrepreneur, marketer, and inventor, who was the co-founder (along with Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne), chairman, and CEO of Apple Inc. Jobs also co-founded and served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios; he became a member of the board of directors of The Walt Disney Company in 2006, when Disney acquired Pixar.
When he was 13 years old, Steve Jobs called Bill Hewlett, the co-founder of the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) and got a summer job at the HP factory in 1968.
Steve got his first job at video game maker Atari, and later made a trip to India to 'seek enlightenment' with his college friend Dan Kottke in 1974. |
