Process of repairing pieces of terracotta warriors (3)

Xinhua)  09:01, July 25, 2013

A terracotta warrior, whose original purple embellishment remained intact after repair work, is on display at the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum in Xi'an, capital of northwest China's Shaanxi Province, July 18, 2013. The 2,200-year-old mausoleum was discovered in Lintong District, 35 km east of Xi'an, in 1974 by peasants who were digging a well. The Chinese terracotta army buried around the mausoleum was one of the greatest archeological finds of modern times. (Xinhua/Xue Yanwen)
