Dishes including sauteed egg-algae pancake, algae duck soup, algae egg soup, and algae salad are served in the restaurant. The lobby manager of the restaurant said that the idea of eating green algae was originally introduced by the general manager. He believes the massive green algae in Qingdao are harmful to the environment, and people should make use of this seaweed. Therefore, he went to the beach and took some green algae back. He tried to make dishes with green algae and found it tastes great. Now the restaurant serves algae dishes.
