Sweating at Yoga club: white collars' new choice after work (11)

Yoga is towards the practice of uniting mind and body movement, and is becoming popular among Chinese white collars. They practice yoga not just for keeping fit. Yoga also means a healthy lifestyle for them. Comparing with running and swimming, Yoga is more likely a physical and mental therapy.

"Most people think ladies doing yoga to lose weight in an elegant way, but my friends and I believe yoga is part of our life," said Miss Xiao in a yoga club in Chongqing, southwest China. "Yoga brings me lots of fun; I feel I have been charged more energy after doing yoga," She added.

Zen is a yoga instructor with nine years' experience in yoga teaching. She believes "Yoga can teach you how to think, and doing yoga reduce restlessness, confusion and anxiety and help find serenity."
