Cheung Yuk Shan (Shirley Cheung), founder of Sau San Tong Holding Limited, is one of the top-notch body treatment and slimming institutes and the first in the industry to become listed on The Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Shirley Cheung was an actor, and has played in many Hong Kong TV series, hosted TV programs, and released CD albums.
