Fu Ying, spokesperson for the National People's Congress, gives another explanation for China's self-confidence: "We have 1.3 billion people, the wisdom and courage of 1.3 billion people is enough to enable us to overcome the difficulties along the right path forward, and to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."
