An 87-year-old woman in Ziyang city, Sichuan province, has been troubling by a mysterious horn that grow from her head. The cone-shape horn,at least 13 cm long, started as a dark mole eight years ago, and has been growing at a fast speed over the years.
Traditional Chinese herbs had been applied on the mole in an attempt to remove it. Apparently, such a local prescription failed to cure. The mole eventually cracked, giving birth to a horn.
The woman has been seeking medical advice but in vain. Some believe that it is a Cutaneous horn, an unusual skin tumors with the appearance of horns.
