A row of building windows in a university campus in Yunnan, southwest China, shattered as a severe storm slammed across the region on Tuesday.

It was during the class period with students in classes when the incident occurred at a building of the Yunnan Agricultural University. The entire window frames were seen fallen off, with one photo showing it lying on top of two students. A heartwarming scene was captured in lens in the moment, when a boy, without hesitation, shielded a girl next to him with his own body.

Students have been evacuated after the incident.
