A man who won a lottery of over 110 million yuan ($17 million) received the prize in a monkey mask in Kunming, southwest China’s Yunnan Province on December 23, 2015. This is the biggest prize that was ever received by its winner in person in the Yunnan’s lottery history.
The prize is also the 20th lottery winning that’s over 100 million yuan ($15 million) in the history of Chinese double chromosphere lottery.
