On October 8, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Lv Yongjie of the Group attended the 3rd Board Meeting of Weetabix in 2015.

At the Board Meeting, the management personnel of Weetabix analyzed the market situation of the current period, and reported the operational condition and financial results up to now. The Board of Directors fully discussed some issues in relation to the operation of Weetabix and reached a consensus.

Lv Yongjie, on behalf of the Board of Directors, extended thanks to the management personnel. With the all-out support of the management personnel, Weetabix succeeded in changing its minority stockholders. Lv Yongjie expressed his recognition of the development of Weetabix brand in Eat Africa, and pointed out the markets in Africa and China were the key areas for Weetabix’s international businesses and Bright Food would render full support to Weetabix for its development in Africa and China. Furthermore, Lv Yongjie introduced the latest requirements on overseas company control by SASAC to the management personnel of Weetabix. Showing complete understanding, the management personnel of Weetabix would spare no effort to meet related requirements of Bright Food.
