Yesterday, Greece’s Prime Minister Alex Tsipras resigned and called for snap elections.

Tsipras ran his campaign under the idea that he would help clear Greece’s insurmountable debt.

However, this plan quickly failed, as Eurozone creditors pushed Greece into a new debt deal with even more austerity than before.

This means even higher tax hikes and greater cuts to the public sector.

The snap election will give Greek citizens an opportunity to re-elect Tsipras’ party, or to elect a different party to office.

Though many Greeks don’t know what to do at this point, as it has become clear that their officials have little to know say in the governance of their country.

Former reality TV star Josh Duggar has come out publicly about a porn addiction, admitting to cheating on his wife. 

Duggar’s paid account on Ashley Madison brought the news to service, as TLC moves to pull his show 19 Kids and Counting. 

Duggar posted the apology statement on the families website. However, Duggar is already in hot water after reports came out last month that Duggar molested teenage girls, including his sisters, when he was younger.

And as the United States moves closer to hurricane season, usually in the beginning of the fall as the earth cools, scientists across all discplines are extremely worried about California and the rest of the American west.

The wildfires, combined with a severe drought, have made the land susceptible to landfalls and mudslides.

Yesterday, the first hurricane of the season took shape in the Atlantic, with the name Danny. Danny is expected to touch land somewhere in the Caribbean.
