BEIJING, April 2 -- Wu Zhenfang, former deputy general manager of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), has been put under investigation, China's top anti-graft body said Thursday.
Xu, also a former member of the Party group of the state-owned oil giant, is being investigated for alleged "severe disciplinary violation," according to a statement published on the website of the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI).
