HEFEI, March 14 -- Two people have been killed, another 13 injured as of 9 p.m. Saturday in an earthquake in east China's Anhui Province, local authorities said.
A 4.3-magnitude earthquake hit the city of Fuyang at 2:13 p.m. according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 33 degrees north latitude and 115.9 degrees east longitude with a depth of 10 km.
The earthquake has affected 41,500 people and damaged more than 10,000 houses, according to the city government.
